We're based in Dallas, NC and work throughout Gaston County and the counties around it — Dallas, Gastonia, Stanley, Lincolnton, Shelby, Kings Mountain and across the state line into Clover, SC. If you're just outside that list, call and ask; we'll tell you straight whether we can get to you.

We're on the job Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Call (704) 524-3456 during those hours and you'll reach us directly; leave a message outside them and we'll call you back the next working morning.

Insect fumigation, lawn and landscape maintenance, lawn mowing, house washing and concrete remodeling. Between those we cover most of what a property needs outside the walls — and if a job isn't something we do well, we'll say so rather than waste your time.

It depends on the size of the property, how overgrown things are when we start, how often you want us back, and which services you're combining. That's why every job starts with a free, no-obligation estimate — we look at the actual work and quote it before anything begins. No surprise charges at the end.

Both. Most customers go weekly through the growing season and bi-weekly once things slow down, because that's what keeps a lawn from getting away from you. But we'll happily do a single cleanup cut on an overgrown yard — that's usually priced higher than a routine visit, since it's a lot more work.

We treat the areas where insects actually breed and shelter rather than blanket-spraying the whole yard, and we'll tell you before we start exactly which areas to keep clear and for how long. Typically that's a few hours until the treatment has dried. Let us know about pets, kids, a vegetable garden or beehives before the visit and we'll plan around them.

For mowing, just move anything loose off the lawn — toys, hoses, furniture — and make sure gates are unlocked if the yard is fenced. For washing, close the windows on the side we're working. For concrete, we'll go through access and parking with you when we quote it.
