Carolina humidity puts green algae and black streaking on the north side of every house eventually. We take it off using the right pressure and the right detergent for each surface — soft washing for siding, soffits and roofs, higher pressure for concrete. Blasting vinyl siding or a shingle roof at full pressure forces water where it should not go and strips what is protecting it, so we do not.
Our Process

Surface Check
We match the pressure and detergent to each surface before anything is sprayed.

Protect
Beds and plants soaked and covered, fixtures and outlets shielded.

Wash
Detergent applied, given time to work, then rinsed evenly with no striping left behind.

Inspect
We walk it with you wet and dry and re-treat anything that did not release.
