Concrete Remodeling · Remodelación de Concreto
Drives, walkways, patios, steps and slabs
Concrete work is decided before any of it is poured. The base has to be excavated to depth and compacted properly, the forms have to be set to a grade that runs water away from the house, and the joints have to be cut where the slab is going to crack anyway. Get those three right and a drive lasts decades; skip them and it is cracked and sunk within a couple of winters. We also repair and resurface what is already there when the slab is sound enough to save.
Our Process
Measure & Quote
We measure the area, check the drainage and existing grade, and quote it in writing.
Excavate & Form
Old concrete removed, base dug to depth and compacted, forms set to the finished grade.
Pour & Finish
Poured, screeded, floated and finished to the texture you picked, then jointed.
Cure
We tell you exactly when to walk on it and when to drive on it — and we mean it.
